Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Manila time) with 1 hour unpaid lunch break

Ideally 1-hour shift on Sat and Sun each, but can be flexible.

Primary focus on LinkedIn management (75% of workload)

Secondary focus on research and content creation (25% of workload)

Manage and grow a professional LinkedIn account, focusing on increasing follower count and engagement
-
Create and curate content based on provided ideas and industry trends
-
Actively engage with the LinkedIn community through comments, likes, and direct messages
-
Conduct research and compile information for newsletters and posts
-
Create basic graphics using Canva to accompany LinkedIn posts
-
Aggregate news articles and draft newsletters
-
Assist with miscellaneous research tasks as needed
Requirements
-
Proven experience in managing professional social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn
-
Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithm and best practices for content engagement
-
Excellent written communication skills in English

Proficiency in using Canva for creating simple graphics
-
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
-
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools

Basic understanding of data analysis for tracking account growth and engagement
