Job Description
As our Social Media Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our digital expansion, managing multiple social media platforms for three distinct brands. Your creativity and strategic thinking will directly impact our growth and client engagement. You’ll craft compelling content, from real-time event updates to scheduled posts, ensuring our online presence is as dynamic as our live performances. This role offers the exciting opportunity to shape the digital voice of a unique entertainment company, bringing the thrill of our events to online audiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter for three distinct brands
- Create engaging content, aiming for at least three posts per week per platform
- Rapidly transform live event moments into captivating social media content
- Develop and implement social media strategies to boost engagement and follower growth
- Design and edit eye-catching images and videos for social posts
- Engage with followers, responding promptly to comments and messages
- Stay ahead of social media trends, implementing innovative approaches to content creation
Requirements
- Proven track record in managing multiple social media accounts for diverse brands
- Proficiency in major social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter
- Strong content creation skills, including image and video editing abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
- Ability to work 20 hours per week, with potential for full-time growth
- Flexibility to align with Western Australia time zone when needed
- Comfortable with direct client communication via email, WhatsApp, or other platforms
- Enthusiasm for collaborating with the client’s team on content ideas and real-time updates
