Monday to Thursday anywhere between 9 AM to 5:30 PM PST (20 hours per week) (12:00 AM to 8:30 AM Manila Time)

Create compelling social media content, including text, graphics, and short videos for clients across different industries like professional services, home services, realtors, contractors, etc.

Develop well-organized content calendars and schedules for posting across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)

Adapt content style and tone to align with each client’s brand voice and target audience

Collaborate with the team to understand client strategies and ensure consistent messaging

Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates
Requirements

Proven experience in social media content creation and management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong copywriting abilities to craft engaging captions and posts

Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva

Knowledge of video editing software for creating short videos/reels

Familiarity with project management tools and processes

Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Scope

Creating social media content (text, graphics, videos) for 10-15 clients

Scheduling and publishing content across various social media platforms

Collaborating with the team and following established client strategies

Monitoring and responding to comments/messages for a select few clients
