- Schedule and optimize posts using advanced social media management tools
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach
- Create platform-specific content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, leveraging each platform’s unique features
- Collaborate with different business units to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing goals
- Stay ahead of social media trends and best practices, implementing new ideas to keep content fresh and engaging
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages to build strong relationships with followers
Requirements
- Proven track record in social media management, ideally with experience handling multiple brands or diverse business types
- Strong content creation skills across various social media platforms, with a portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- In-depth understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone for different brands and audiences
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and translate data into actionable strategies
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Flexibility to align with New Zealand time zone and adapt to the evolving needs of a growing, multi-faceted organization
