Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:

Manage and update social media accounts for the psychology practice

Create and schedule content for social media platforms

Compile email lists and create newsletters for mass email campaigns

Handle client communications and scheduling, including rebooking appointments – all inquiries coming from social media (chats)

Update the practice’s website as needed

Assist with administrative tasks related to client management
-
Create graphics and templates for email campaigns using tools like Canva
Requirements:

Proficiency in social media management and content creation
-
Experience with email marketing and newsletter creation
-
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

Knowledge of or willingness to learn HIPAA compliance regulations

Excellent organizational and time management skills
Scope:
-
Part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week
-
Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM

Remote work with flexible scheduling

Access to necessary tools and software provided by the employer

Handling of sensitive client information requires strict adherence to privacy protocols
