• Monday to Friday, flexible between 9AM to 6PM Woolooware, NSW (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila Time)

As our Social Media Specialist, you’ll spearhead our digital presence during a crucial launch phase and beyond. Craft compelling content, build a vibrant online community, and shape the voice of our brand across various platforms. • Create and manage captivating content across multiple social media platforms
  
• Foster an engaged online community through proactive interaction and relationship building
  
• Execute social media outreach strategies to generate quality leads
  
• Design eye-catching graphics and edit videos to enhance social media posts
  
• Collaborate with leadership to align social content with brand messaging and strategy
  
• Manage and grow the company’s online community hosted on our website
  
• Assist with administrative tasks related to social media management and community engagement
  
• Stay updated on real estate industry trends and incorporate them into social media strategies
  

• Proven track record in social media management and community engagement
  
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools
  
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms and current best practices
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  
• Ability to work within Australian business hours (GMT+10)
  
• Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment
  
• Familiarity with real estate industry terminology (preferred but not required)
  
• Passion for technology and its application in real estate
