As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the online presence of a leading natural health brand. This position offers a unique blend of creativity and strategy, allowing you to craft compelling content across various digital platforms. You’ll design eye-catching graphics, write engaging copy, and develop targeted hashtags that resonate with health-conscious consumers. Beyond social media, you’ll contribute to email marketing campaigns, create SEO-optimized blog content, and manage customer engagement flows. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about natural health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts and email campaigns using Canva
• Craft engaging body text and curate relevant hashtags for social media content
• Design promotional email images for campaigns and seasonal sales
• Produce SEO-optimized blog content with accompanying graphics
• Implement and manage customer engagement flows in Klaviyo, including abandoned cart and re-engagement campaigns
• Prepare and schedule a week’s worth of content in advance, maintaining a consistent content pipeline
• Collaborate with the internal team for content approval and strategic alignment
• Adapt and work within established brand guidelines, including specific colors and fonts

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the health and wellness industry
• Proficiency in graphic design, with a focus on Canva
• Strong copywriting skills for social media and email marketing
• Understanding of SEO principles and ability to create optimized blog content
• Experience with email marketing platforms, particularly Klaviyo
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and brand consistency
• Familiarity with e-commerce strategies and customer engagement tactics
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to feedback
• Passion for natural health and wellness is a plus
