Job Title: Social Media Marketer
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern (9 PM to 6 AM PHT) with an hour unpaid break
We are seeking a Social Media Marketer with expertise in CRM tools to manage our online marketing efforts and improve our customer relations. This role will be responsible for creating, managing, and monitoring our social media content, engaging with parents and stakeholders, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and using CRM tools to maintain and enhance our relationships with current and potential families.

Social Media Management
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with Dream Preparatory Academy’s brand values and mission.
- Create compelling content (posts, stories, videos) to engage parents, caregivers, and the broader community across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices in the early childhood education sector.
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with Dream Preparatory Academy’s brand values and mission.

Content Creation & Campaigns
- Design campaigns and content themes that highlight our programs, events, student achievements, and community involvement.
- Use social media insights to optimize content and posting schedules for maximum engagement and reach.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Use CRM tools to manage contact lists, track interactions, and maintain up-to-date records of families and potential leads.
- Develop targeted CRM email campaigns to increase enrollment and retention.
- Collaborate with the admissions and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from social media inquiries through to CRM follow-ups.

Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on social media engagement metrics and campaign performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for content improvement based on data analytics.
- Utilize CRM data to segment and personalize outreach efforts, aligning with family needs and interests.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing (2+ years) with a focus on content creation and engagement.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Creative, community-focused, and passionate about early childhood education.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
