Job Description
As a Social Media Manager, you’ll spearhead our digital presence and client acquisition strategy in the dynamic legal staffing sector. Your role is crucial in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with attorneys and legal professionals across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll develop and execute innovative social media campaigns, create engaging content, and implement growth strategies to expand our reach. Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Create engaging content, including short-form videos for Reels and TikTok
- Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar
- Foster community engagement by responding to followers and proactively connecting with influencers
- Implement growth strategies to expand audience and attract attorney clients
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance and campaign results
- Collaborate with the team to align social media efforts with business goals
- Craft targeted content that speaks to the needs and interests of legal professionals
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in professional services or legal industry
- Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement
- Expertise in LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok platforms
- Proficiency in creating and editing short-form video content
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create compelling, industry-specific content for the legal sector
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Familiarity with email marketing strategies a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
