Social Media Manager – Construction & Interior Design

Scope:
- Part-time: Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 2 PM AEST (20 hours per week), with potential to increase hours.
- Work remotely.
- Manage social media accounts for multiple clients in the construction and interior design industries.
- Collaborate with the interior design team to align social media content with client projects.
- Adapt to each client’s brand voice and style guidelines.
- Provide basic performance reports on social media engagement and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Write engaging captions tailored to the construction and interior design industries.
- Manage content calendars for multiple client accounts.
- Use existing templates to maintain brand consistency across client profiles.
- Research industry trends to inform content creation.
- Draft WordPress blog posts and email newsletters using the company’s tone of voice.
- Schedule Pinterest pins using supplied portfolio images.
- Create and post LinkedIn updates.
- Utilize tools such as Canva for content creation and social media scheduling platforms for streamlined posting.
Requirements:
- Experience in social media management, particularly Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling captions and adapt to various brand voices.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva and social media scheduling platforms.
- Familiarity with WordPress and/or Klaviyo is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of the construction or interior design industry (or willingness to learn).
- Creativity and an eye for visual aesthetics.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
