Roles and Responsibilities:
- Research advertising trends across social media sites and digital ad platforms
- Research competitors’ pricing and products and marketing campaigns
- Decide on appropriate placement of ads
- Determine what content will reach customers
- Develop projects to create content
- Publish digital marketing content online across social media platforms and ad platforms
- Implement email marketing campaigns in coordination with CEO
- Measure, analyze, and extract business insights from digital traffic

Monitor social media and Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
- Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders
- Scale campaigns to maximize ROI
- Monitor project status and budget
- Conduct market research to inform campaigns

Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the service or automotive industry
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
- Excellent content creation skills, including graphics design and compelling copywriting
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box to create standout campaigns
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
- Passion for the automotive industry and eagerness to learn about auto care services
