You’ll be at the forefront of establishing the company’s online voice, crafting engaging content from professionally produced photos and videos. Simultaneously, you’ll provide vital administrative support, ensuring smooth operations as the business scales. - Create captivating social media posts using high-quality photos and videos
- Develop and maintain an organized content calendar across multiple platforms
- Foster community engagement by interacting with followers and building the brand’s online presence
- Manage the executive’s schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments efficiently
- Perform crucial data entry tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Assist with various administrative duties, including document preparation and organization
- Collaborate on project management using Trello, ensuring smooth workflow and task completion
- Proven expertise in major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Must have general background in administrative support or virtual assistance
- Excellent written communication skills in English, with a flair for crafting engaging online content
- Strong self-motivation and ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment
- Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Trello
