Job Type: Part-Time, 20 hrs/week
Work Schedule: Pacific Time Zone – Flexible during client business hours between 8am to 5pm (12:00 AM to 9:00 AM Manila Time). Client can accommodate the staff preferred working hours as long as they can be available to talk at some point in the PST window)
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop social media content for platforms such as X and LinkedIn.
- Create and schedule daily social media posts to engage with target audiences.
- Actively engage with online communities and respond to inquiries or comments.
Requirements
- Expert-Level Proficiency in Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media posting platforms such as Later, Social Sprout, etc.
- In-depth understanding of social media strategies, scheduling, and content performance analysis
- Previous experience in managing YouTube Ads is a significant bonus
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple social media accounts and platforms
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
- A keen eye for detail and ability to adapt to evolving trends and tools in social media and web management
Highly Regarded Experience:
- Proficiency in Asana is preferred for project and task management
- Previous experience in podcast marketing is highly preferred
