Job Description
As a Social Media Assistant, you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s digital marketing efforts. You’ll manage multiple social media accounts, crafting compelling content that resonates with car enthusiasts and everyday vehicle owners alike. Your role is crucial in building brand awareness, engaging with the community, and driving customer acquisition. Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (Twitter, Reddit, Instagram)
- Create engaging, platform-specific content that showcases car detailing services and tips
- Respond promptly to user comments, messages, and threads to boost engagement
- Identify and engage with potential customers seeking car detailing services
- Follow and optimize daily social media tasks based on established SOPs
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals
- Track and report on social media metrics and performance
Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills in English, with a knack for crafting engaging social media copy
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for business purposes
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and current trends
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Basic graphic design skills for creating visually appealing posts (e.g., Canva)
- Interest in or knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to represent the brand positively online
