As a Social Media Assistant and Community Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of building and nurturing a vibrant community of CEOs and founders. You’ll create engaging content for various social media platforms, manage the podcast’s online presence, and play a crucial role in developing and maintaining an exclusive membership community. This position requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with high-level executives. You’ll use tools like Canva for content creation and assist in selecting and implementing a community management platform. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about connecting industry leaders.
- Craft compelling social media content using Canva templates for podcast episodes
- Manage and grow the podcast’s presence across multiple social media channels
- Assist in onboarding CEOs and entrepreneurs into the exclusive membership community
- Facilitate engaging discussions and networking opportunities within the community platform
- Organize and promote high-profile events, such as CEO dinners
- Research and provide insights on community management platforms (e.g., Mighty Networks)
- Create and maintain a content calendar for social media and community engagement
- Analyze social media metrics and community engagement to drive growth strategies
- Collaborate with the podcast production team to align content across platforms
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Proficiency in Canva and other graphic design tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with community management platforms (e.g., Hivebrite , Beehive)
- Basic understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with high-level professionals
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and strategies
- Passion for podcasting, entrepreneurship, and networking
