As the Senior Care Marketing Specialist, you’ll spearhead the launch and ongoing marketing efforts for this dynamic healthcare startup. You’ll craft and implement multi-channel strategies to connect essential care services with seniors and their families. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend digital innovation with traditional outreach, creating campaigns that resonate with a diverse audience. You’ll shape brand identity, drive awareness, and play a crucial role in the company’s growth from day one.
- Design comprehensive marketing strategies targeting seniors (65+) and their families
- Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns, balancing digital and traditional approaches
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials
- Explore and utilize local advertising channels, such as newspapers and community outreach
- Craft messaging that effectively communicates the value of our home care services
- Analyze marketing performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact
- Collaborate with the website development team to ensure cohesive marketing alignment
- Contribute to brand development and positioning in the competitive senior care market
- Manage marketing budget and resources efficiently
- Candidate should be able to convert successful clients into leads or customers.
Requirements
- Proven marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or senior care industries
