Location: Remote (Philippines)
Reports To: Business Development Manager
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm Sydney Time with 1 hour unpaid lunch
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our remote
team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support, excellent
communication skills, and experience with CRM systems like HubSpot, as well as tools like
Monday.com. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes by
managing proposals, liaising with clients, and collaborating with our internal teams, including
the procurement and design departments. The ability to work efficiently and take initiative is
essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Proposal Management:
o Manage and prepare all proposals for the Business Development Manager.
o Ensure proposals are accurate, compelling, and delivered on time.
Pricing Coordination:
o Establish and confirm key pricing information by coordinating with the
procurement team.
o Ensure that all pricing details are up-to-date and reflect current market
conditions.
Design Collaboration:
o Work closely with the Design Manager to get designs implemented and
completed in line with client requirements.
o Provide input on design proposals to ensure they meet both client expectations
and company standards.
Client Liaison:
o Communicate with clients via phone and email to address queries, provide
updates, and ensure satisfaction.
o Maintain a professional and personable demeanor in all client interactions.
CRM Management:
o Utilize HubSpot and other CRM tools to manage client relationships, track
sales activities, and report on sales performance.
o Potentially use Monday.com for project management and collaboration.
Graphic Design Support:
o Assist in designing visually appealing and professional proposals.
o Utilize graphic design skills to enhance the overall quality and impact of sales
documents.
Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with the Business Development Manager, Design Manager, and
other team members to achieve sales targets.
o Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales
processes.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience:
o Proven experience in a sales support role, with a strong track record of
managing proposals and client communication.
o Familiarity with pricing strategies and working with procurement teams.
o Experience working in a remote environment.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in HubSpot CRM; experience with Monday.com is a plus.
o Graphic design experience, with the ability to design and format proposals.
o Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Communication Skills:
o Excellent English-speaking and writing skills.
o Ability to convey information clearly and effectively to clients and team
members.
Personal Attributes:
o Highly intuitive and able to anticipate the needs of the sales team.
o Takes initiative and works independently with minimal supervision.
o Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
o Fast and efficient in completing tasks while maintaining high attention to
detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Previous experience working with international teams or clients.
