Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound and Outbound Calls: Receive incoming inquiries and proactively reach out to leads using a provided dialer system, aiming to connect with potential clients.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives, ensuring each prospect aligns with the company’s target profile and qualification criteria.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct initial assessments to gauge prospect interest, needs, and potential fit with the company’s products or services.
- CRM Management: Accurately record and maintain detailed notes of each customer interaction in the CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date for the sales team.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth hand-off of leads, providing insights into potential client needs and feedback gathered during calls.
- Objection Handling: Address and resolve objections confidently, providing clear and concise information to encourage further engagement.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s offerings and industry trends to communicate product value effectively and answer prospect questions.
Requirements

Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively over the phone.

Previous experience in a similar role or in telemarketing is preferred.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience in both B2B and B2C appointment setting.
