Sales Representative (Pet Care Industry)

Responsibilities:

Promptly follow up on leads generated from Facebook ads, ideally within minutes to an hour of submission

Schedule appointments for new clients, clearly explaining our introductory offer and membership options

Proactively reach out to existing members to book their monthly grooming appointments

Use CRM and lead generation software to manage client information and track interactions

Make outbound calls to warm leads and existing customers using provided phone system

Clearly communicate service offerings, including what’s included in various packages
-
Monitor and encourage usage of monthly credits by members to prevent cancellations
-
Prioritize tasks effectively, balancing new lead follow-ups with existing customer engagement
Requirements:

Excellent phone communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor

Experience in customer service, sales, or appointment setting

Proficiency in using CRM systems and lead generation software

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to explain service offerings clearly

Comfortable with making outbound calls and following up with potential clients

Basic understanding of or interest in the pet care industry
Scope:
-
Full-time position (40 hours per week)

Remote work using provided software and systems

Primarily responsible for lead follow-up and appointment setting

Secondary focus on engaging and retaining existing members
-
Performance may be tied to appointment booking targets and member retention rates (commissions/bonus when targets are met)
-
Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour unapid lunch break
