About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and representing the company professionally. You will play a critical role in identifying potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales across a diverse range of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Outreach: Contact prospective customers via phone, email, and social media to introduce products/services and set up meetings.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term business growth.
- Sales Process: Understand customer needs, provide tailored product/service presentations, and guide them through the purchasing process.
- Closing Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by negotiating contracts, closing deals, and ensuring a smooth handover to the customer support team.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to refine sales strategies and meet evolving customer needs.
- Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track progress using CRM software, and generate reports for management.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Follow-Up: Provide follow-up after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in B2B sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
