Sales Representative
Hours: Full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST) (11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Manila time)
Role Overview:
As a General Sales Representative, you will use a provided script to communicate product details to customers. Deep industry knowledge is not required; instead, your ability to deliver the script clearly and effectively is key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use the provided script to explain various products to existing customers.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- Address customer inquiries and provide information as per the script.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Strive to provide exceptional customer service through effective communication.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, with clear and articulate communication.
- Ability to follow a script and convey product information accurately.
- No deep industry knowledge required; strong communication skills are essential.
- Previous phone-based sales experience is advantageous but not necessary.
