Sales Representative

Schedule: 

• Full-time 40 hours per week

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM Central Time (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Manila time) with 1 hour unpaid lunch break 

• Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to leads generated from social media advertising

• Educate potential clients on various medical spa services, including Botox, dermal fillers, IV hydration therapy, and weight loss programs

• Qualify leads and convert them into booked appointments

• Collect deposits for scheduled appointments

• Utilize Go High Level CRM to manage leads and appointments

• Maintain a high booking rate, aiming for a 30% conversion

• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries professionally

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales, preferably in the medical or beauty industry

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection

• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Go High Level (preferred but not required)

• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
