Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to new inbound leads generated through various digital marketing channels

Conduct sales calls to qualify leads and convert them into paying clients

Utilize GoHighLevel CRM to manage lead information and communication
-
Create and send customized estimates to potential clients using the company’s estimating system
-
Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads to maximize conversion opportunities
-
Close deals independently for the majority of clients
-
Schedule in-person appointments for clients requiring face-to-face meetings
-
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
-
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
Requirements:
-
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a digital marketing or related industry
-
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-
Proficiency in using CRM systems, with experience in GoHighLevel being a plus

Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
-
Adaptability to learn and utilize new tools and technologies quickly

Comfortable with a commission-based incentive structure
Scope:
-
Handle 350-500 new leads per month, in addition to following up on existing leads
-
Work towards achieving a minimum 30% closing rate

Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
-
Operate within a full-time, remote work setting
-
Collaborate with the agency’s team to ensure seamless client onboarding
-
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process and strategies
-
Full-time: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
