Job Description
Become an integral part of a dynamic sales progression team in a fast-paced real estate environment. You’ll be the linchpin in property transactions, ensuring smooth communication between solicitors, clients, and other estate agents. Responsibilities
- Manage communication between solicitors, clients, and other estate agents involved in property chains
- Handle initial stages of sales progression, including form preparation and data gathering
- Update and maintain accurate transaction records in CRM systems
- Prepare and distribute necessary documentation for property sales
- Assist in coordinating property chains to ensure smooth transactions
- Support sales and sales progression teams with administrative tasks
- Communicate transaction updates to relevant parties promptly
- Contribute to process optimization between sales and sales progression departments
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant software
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of UK property market and sales processes (preferred)
- Fluent English language skills
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes
