Responsibilities:
Sales:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including residential, commercial, and specialty accounts.

Build and maintain client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

Conduct sales presentations and consultations, understanding client needs and proposing appropriate service solutions.

Maintain up-to-date records in CRM of interactions, leads, conversions, and client communications.

Collaborate with the service team to ensure quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

Track and report on sales metrics such as Gross Margin, New Customer Commission, and Quarterly Growth to assess performance and set future goals.
Marketing:

Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns (email marketing, social media, local advertising, SEO, etc.) to generate leads and strengthen the brand presence.

Collaborate with the team on strategies to promote the company’s unique value, seasonal offerings, and service excellence.

Manage and grow our online reputation and engagement on review sites, with an emphasis on encouraging and maintaining high-quality Google reviews.

Coordinate local sponsorships, community events, or other PR activities that enhance brand visibility and community involvement.

Research and analyze competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to ensure our services remain relevant and competitive.

Provide performance reports on marketing campaigns, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.
Requirements

Experience: 2+ years in sales and marketing, preferably within a service industry.

Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proficiency with CRM software, digital marketing platforms, and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.).

Knowledge: Understanding of sales metrics and experience with performance-based compensation (experience in Gross Margin and Year-To-Date Growth metrics is a plus).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

Ability to work independently, set priorities, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
