Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Estimator to support the sales team in delivering exceptional service and accurate cost estimates. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, client communication, and operational efficiency. Working closely with teams in Australia and Singapore, you will play a critical role in maintaining smooth sales processes and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
• Estimate and Quotation Preparation:
o Analyze client requirements, project specifications, and other details to prepare accurate quotations using Microsoft Word.
o Accurately quote within 24 hours of receiving an email.
o Contact the relevant salesperson for any clarification via WhatsApp.
o Ensure calculations, layouts, and formatting align with master quotation templates.
• CRM Management:
o Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage client emails, project schedules, and sales pipelines.
o Prepare targeted lists and follow-ups for the sales team.
• Data Analysis:
o Use Google Sheets and Excel for cost estimation templates and data analysis.
o Maintain and update pricing lists and templates.
• Client Communication:
o Write clear, concise, and professional emails and proposals to communicate estimates and project details.
o Provide technical insights to clients and address inquiries.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
o Work closely with the sales team to refine project scopes and ensure alignment on budgets and timelines.
o Liaise with clients and internal teams for seamless project execution.
• Administrative Support:
o Prepare reports for weekly sales meetings and provide overviews of specified
products.
o Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks for the Company Director.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Sales Estimator, Sales Assistant, or in a related role.
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written English skills for drafting professional communication.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Confidence to seek clarity and propose solutions proactively.
