- 40 hours per week, Los Angeles, CA Time hours (8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday) (11pm-8am or 12am-9am Manila Time)

As our Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind our client’s growth strategy. Leveraging cutting-edge sales tools and your own expertise, you’ll identify and nurture high-potential leads in the dynamic food and feed industries. This role offers a unique blend of research, strategic communication, and relationship-building, allowing you to make a significant impact on the company’s expansion. You’ll work with state-of-the-art CRM and lead generation software, crafting tailored outreach campaigns and qualifying leads for our sales team.
- Utilize Pipedrive CRM and Apollo lead generation software to identify and research potential clients
- Create targeted prospect lists and maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities
- Craft and send customized email sequences to engage potential clients
- Build relationships with prospects through LinkedIn outreach
- Conduct introductory phone calls to qualify leads based on established criteria
- Research companies and industries to tailor communication effectively
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead qualification processes
- Focus primarily on opening new accounts, with potential to service existing ones in the future
Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B environments
- Strong customer service background and excellent research skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and lead generation tools
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently and customize messaging for different industries
- Familiarity with the food or feed industry is a plus
- Comfortable with a role that’s 70-80% non-voice tasks and 20-30% voice tasks
- Adaptable to a dynamic work environment with potential for growth and specialization
