Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to e-commerce businesses across APAC, US, and UK markets
- Set up and book 3-5 quality appointments per week with qualified prospects
- Articulate the benefits of our AI-powered e-commerce solution effectively
- Utilize HubSpot CRM for outreach and lead management
- Craft personalized, professional emails for prospect handovers
- Qualify leads based on strict criteria to ensure high-quality meetings
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and our product’s competitive advantages
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an SDR, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding appointment-setting targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of e-commerce or IT concepts
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong time management and self-motivation skills
Scope:
- Tuesday to Friday, flexible 5 hours a day
- Will target APAC, North America and Middle East region
- Remote work with flexible hours to accommodate different time zones
