We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to play a crucial role in our client’s expansion plans. In this position, you’ll be at the forefront of their B2B sales efforts, focusing on selling online safety training courses related to OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations. You’ll have the exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of industries, particularly in construction and geology, helping businesses ensure compliance and create safer work environments. - Drive the sales process by making outbound calls to potential clients and following up on inbound leads
- Craft compelling quotes and proposals tailored to each business’s unique needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system
- Own the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing deals
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to maximize lead generation efforts
- Set and achieve ambitious monthly sales targets
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies
- Develop a deep understanding of safety regulations and training requirements across various industries
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor in safety training
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the training or safety industry
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and modern sales tools
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
- Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing your time effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Passion for workplace safety and continuous learning
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required for candidates with exceptional sales experience
- Leadership potential and ambition to grow with the company
- Availability to work full-time during US business hours, preferably in the Central Time Zone
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the training or safety industry
