Sales Agent – Debt Validation Industry

Scope:
- 40 hours per week
- Remote work with flexible hours
- Performance-based compensation structure (base salary plus commission)

- Ongoing training and support to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific with an hour unpaid break
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from potential clients with unsecured debt issues
- Explain the company’s debt validation and reduction program clearly and effectively
- Follow a provided script to guide conversations and address client concerns
- Close deals within a single call, typically lasting 40 minutes to an hour
- Meet or exceed the target of 2-3 closed deals per day
- Utilize the company’s CRM and phone systems to manage client information and calls
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales outcomes
- Adapt to client needs and objections to maximize conversion rates
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide the best service
Requirements:
- Sales experience, preferably in financial services or a related field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to identify client needs quickly
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Fluency in English and Spanish language skills are a plus
- Comfortable with one-call closing techniques
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
