Job Description
Become an integral part of our client’s sales team in this dynamic Sales Administrator / Sales Representative role. You’ll be at the forefront of their expansion into artificial flowers, managing customer relationships and driving growth. This position offers a unique blend of inbound and outbound sales, lead management, and creative social media engagement. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries with enthusiasm and convert leads into loyal customers
- Proactively conduct outbound sales activities to expand our client base
- Manage and nurture leads using Soho CRM, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks
- Craft compelling quotes, invoices, and promotional codes to drive sales
- Engage potential customers through creative social media strategies, particularly on Facebook
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries in online platforms, showcasing our products and expertise
- Compile and maintain accurate customer information to support personalized service
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s growth
- Collaborate with the team to align business objectives and drive the company’s expansion
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven experience in both inbound and outbound sales, with a track record of meeting targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Soho (training provided if needed)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone and email
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Social media savvy, especially with Facebook and other popular platforms
- Proactive approach to lead generation and problem-solving
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to work flexible hours within standard business hours (8-5 or 9-6 AEST)
- Passion for the floral industry and interest in artificial flowers is a plus
