Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calling to business owners using provided lead lists

Introduce and explain merchant cash advance and alternative lending products to prospects

Gather sensitive business information from potential clients, including SSN, EIN, and recent bank statements

Build rapport quickly with business owners during initial conversations

Navigate objections and concerns related to sharing financial information
-
Input and manage prospect information in the company’s CRM system
-
Follow up with potential clients to move them through the sales pipeline
-
Meet performance metrics for call volume, lead generation, and information gathering
-
Close sales
Requirements
-
Previous experience in outbound sales, preferably in financial services or B2B sales

Must have appointment setting experience

Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills

Ability to explain complex financial products in simple terms

Experience using CRM systems and auto-dialers

Comfortable handling sensitive financial information with discretion

Resilient and able to handle rejection in a cold-calling environment

Basic understanding of business finance and lending concepts

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting
