We are seeking a Senior Sales Agent with a neutral accent to handle inbound sales inquiries. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consultative sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to empathize with clients facing complex financial situations. This role is crucial in guiding potential clients through our debt relief programs and helping them make informed decisions about their financial future.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries from potential clients seeking sophisticated debt relief solutions
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients’ financial situations and goals
- Clearly articulate our suite of debt relief programs and services to prospects
- Develop tailored financial strategies and recommend appropriate debt relief options
- Guide high-value clients through the enrollment process for our programs
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest ethical standards
- Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations, and company policies
- Contribute to improving sales processes and strategies at a senior level
