Job Description: Sales Administrator
Schedule: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday; 9:00am to 6:00pm (Phoenix, Arizona, USA time)(12 AM to 9 AM PHT) with an 1 hour unpaid break
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Sales Administrator to manage key administrative tasks and support our sales team. The role involves maintaining sales quotes, assisting with proposal preparation, and organizing mass email promotions to customers and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and file sales quotes in an organized manner for easy access and retrieval.
- Assist in preparing customer proposals and ensure proper filing of all documents.
- Organize and execute email marketing campaigns to customers and prospective clients.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support related to sales.
- Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy for marketing and sales outreach.
- Assist in generating reports to track sales progress and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Support the sales team with additional tasks as needed, including follow-up communications and data entry.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales administration, marketing, or a related administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the building materials industry is a plus but not required.
