Remote Store Traffic Monitor – (ZR_19052_JOB)
Job Highlights:
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
- 40 hours / week
Key Responsibilities:
- Observe live feeds from store cameras.
- Record and report customer counts during specific time intervals (e.g., hourly).
- Identify peak and off-peak hours based on customer traffic.
- Provide data to inform staff of scheduling decisions.
- Ensure a clear view of multiple camera feeds (16 cameras) using a large computer screen.
- Maintain a strong and stable internet connection for uninterrupted monitoring.
Qualifications:
- High integrity and a strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to focus and provide consistent, accurate reports.
- Basic technical proficiency to operate camera software.
- Prior experience is required, reliability and attention to detail are crucial.
- Must have access to a large screen monitor and high-speed internet.
Preferred Attributes:
- Honest and transparent in reporting.
- Strong observational skills.
- Experience in similar monitoring roles is a plus but not required.
