- Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm PST (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM PHT) with 1 hour paid break (9 paid hours per day)

As a Virtual Receptionist in this dynamic telehealth environment, you’ll be at the forefront of patient care and operational efficiency. You’ll manage a variety of customer interactions, from answering calls to verifying doctor’s notes, all while adhering to strict healthcare privacy standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow with a scaling business, potentially expanding your responsibilities as the company evolves. - Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, providing exceptional customer service
- Create and manage tickets in the company’s system for various patient requests
- Verify doctor’s notes with employers, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
- Assist patients with note modifications, such as date changes
- Look up and confirm patient information to authenticate doctor’s notes
- Maintain productivity and focus during periods of varying call volume
- Adapt to increasing workload as the company scales, potentially handling 50-70 calls daily in the future
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional demeanor
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software
- Meticulous attention to detail for accurate data entry and information verification
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a virtual setting
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and evolving responsibilities
