- Conduct high-volume cold calling campaigns, targeting potential real estate leads and off-market property owners
- Deliver compelling initial pitches that spark interest in our real estate services and opportunities
- Skillfully handle objections and address inquiries about real estate deals and market trends
- Secure commitments from prospects, setting appointments or facilitating live transfers to our expert real estate team
- Consistently achieve and exceed daily and weekly call targets, demonstrating a results-driven approach
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions, outcomes, and follow-up actions in our state-of-the-art CRM system
- Collaborate with the real estate team to refine pitch strategies and improve conversion rates
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of your calls
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
- Proven track record in sales or appointment setting, preferably in a high-volume calling environment
- Sales or Appointment setting experience in real estate required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Basic understanding of real estate terminology and processes, with a willingness to learn more
- Resilient and positive attitude, with the ability to stay motivated through repeated outreach efforts
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently towards targets
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with clear and professional phone manner
- Comfortable using various software tools for calling, CRM management, and performance tracking
- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and scripts as provided by the client
- Strong listening skills and the ability to qualify leads effectively
- Flexibility to work full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (25-30 hours per week) as needed
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office environment
- High school diploma required; college degree or real estate experience is a plus
- Appointment setting experience in real estate required
