Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and track property leases, ensuring timely renewals and accurate recordkeeping.
- Develop and maintain an efficient system for organizing property-related documents.

Maintenance & Development Coordination:
- Coordinate with contractors and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of repairs and property improvements.
- Prepare and submit building permits for small-scale development projects, liaising with local authorities as needed.

Tenant Relations & Compliance:
- Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct virtual property inspections using technology to maintain oversight of property conditions and tenant compliance.

- Create detailed reports on property performance, maintenance activities, and development projects for senior management.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field; property management certification (e.g., CPM, ARM) preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, with exposure to residential and commercial properties.
