Project Manager – ClickUp and Notion Experience

Responsibilities
1. Project Management Expertise
- Proven Methodology Experience: Extensive experience (4+ years) in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall, applied across various projects.
- Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules, ensuring tasks align with project scope and deadlines.
- Budget Oversight: Expert in managing project budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Risk Mitigation: Skilled in identifying potential project risks, creating effective mitigation strategies, and adjusting plans proactively to avoid delays.
- Resource Optimization: Ensure efficient allocation and management of resources, balancing workload across teams to meet project objectives.
2. Technical Knowledge
- ClickUp Expertise: Proven ability to set up and manage ClickUp, including creating workflows, automations, and templates to streamline project management.
- Automation Skills: Comfortable setting up integrations and automations within tools like ClickUp to enhance team productivity.
- Familiarity with Tech Stacks: General understanding of web development, design principles, cloud infrastructure, integrations, and managed services.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, and communication platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams.
3. Leadership and Team Management
- Supervisory Experience: 4+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams, delegating tasks, and ensuring accountability across team members.
- Motivational Leadership: Ability to inspire, guide, and empower teams while maintaining a collaborative work environment.
- Conflict Resolution: Strong ability to manage team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and foster productivity.
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled at building relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills
