M-F 9am to 6pm Markham, ON Time (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Manila time) with 1 hour unpaid lunch
1. Project Management Expertise
Understanding of Methodologies: Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall, depending on the nature of the projects.
Planning and Scheduling: Ability to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules, ensuring all tasks are aligned with the project scope and deadlines.
Budget Management: Experience in managing project budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Risk Management: Skills in identifying potential project risks, creating mitigation strategies, and adapting plans to avoid delays or issues.
Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate and manage resources to meet project needs without overextending the team.
2. Technical Knowledge
Basic Understanding of Web Development & Design: Familiarity with web development processes, design principles, and technologies, allowing them to communicate effectively with developers and designers.
Digital Tools: Proficiency in using project management software (like ClickUp, Jira, DevOps, or Asana), communication tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams).
Tech-Savvy: General understanding and comfort discussing the Convergine technology stack: website design and web development, cloud infrastructure, integrations, managed services.
3. Leadership and Team Management
Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and guide small, cross-functional teams. Ensure accountability while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Conflict Resolution: Expertise in managing team dynamics, resolving conflicts, and maintaining productivity.
Delegation and Empowerment: Skill in delegating tasks efficiently, ensuring each team member’s strengths are leveraged.
Stakeholder Management: Comfortable liaising with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and communication is clear.
4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Clear and Concise Communication: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, both in writing and verbally, ensuring that technical and non-technical team members understand project goals and challenges.
Client-Facing Skills: Experience in working directly with clients, understanding their needs, and translating them into actionable project plans.
Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring a balance between client expectations and team capacity.
5. Organizational and Time Management

Quality Assurance Oversight: Ensuring deliverables are reviewed, tested, and meet both the client’s expectations and project quality standards (including accessibility, compatibility and performance).
Requirements
- Project Management Proficiency: Skilled in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) with experience in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management to keep projects on track and cost-effective.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of web development, design, and familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Asana), plus a general knowledge of the technology stack (cloud infrastructure, integrations).
- Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills to motivate cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Clear Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, with client-facing experience and solid negotiation skills for balancing expectations and project scope.
- Organizational and Time Management: Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
