Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (11:30 PM to 8:00 AM Manila time) Monday to Friday
Job Description:
New Patients
– Receive referral
– Send screening questions/follow up
– Create chart for patient (upload medical records/imaging reports if available)
– Add patient to tracker
– Call patient to schedule initial appointment
– Send appointment details to case manager (request interpreter if necessary)
– Send confirmation email to patient with link for New Patient forms
– If after 3 attempts we cannot reach the patient, contact the case manager to provide them with an update and offer scheduling the appointment directly with them
Follow up
– Schedule Physical injury patients for a follow up/MRI review
– If I cannot reach patient after 1 attempt, add to waitlist
Emails
– If a case manager is requesting billing/medical records, reply with the correct email
Other task
– Approvals for Ancillary services IN HOUSE, communication with department and Attorney’s office, adding alerts of the authorized request

-Orders; Requesting
-Follow up on orders
-Obtaining approvals
-Communication with departments with approved services
-Creating referrals for Ancillary, specialist services, out of office referrals
-Sending MRI orders/scripts with notes and demos; via email/fax
-Orders tracker updates/Tebra Alerts
-Uploading approvals to Drive not in chart
-Liens/tracking in jot forms
-Communication between Attorney office regarding treatment updates; DC PRN; no recommendations
-Sending billing dept info for billing and report requests
-Forward lien reductions to other staff.
-Spanish translation
-Allied; as needed
-Trinity; scheduling for procedures
-Send email to patient and attorney with procedure appointment.
-Scheduling; as needed; Nurse Practioner Follow Up
-Deposition scheduling
Requirements
- Must have experience in healthcare
- Must have knowledge of authorizations for procedures
- Must have good computer skills, especially with excel
- Must have excellent oral communication and written communication
- Reliable
- Self-starter
- Organized
- Mature
- Legal experience is a huge plus
- Must speak Spanish and clear English
