Role Overview: The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with attention to detail and a passion for optimizing performance to maximize ROI. As part of the Consumer Growth team, you’ll report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with other internal teams.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
- 8 AM – 5 PM Phoenix, AZ (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Manila time) (Including 1 hour unpaid break)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Campaign ROI, Conversion Rate (CR), Click-Through Rate (CTR)

Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.

Align campaigns with marketing goals to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Keyword Research:

KPIs: Keyword Relevance, Cost-Per-Click (CPC) Reduction, Campaign Performance Uplift

Expectations:

Conduct thorough keyword research and optimize based on data to improve ad relevance.

Continuously update keyword strategies to drive more relevant traffic and higher performance metrics.
Bid and Budget Management:

KPIs: Budget Efficiency, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Spending Within Budget

Expectations:

Monitor campaign budgets and adjust bids to maximize return on investment.

Ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets and effectively track all expenditures.
Performance Tracking and Analysis:

KPIs: Report Accuracy (≥ 99%), On-Time Delivery of Reports (≥ 95%), Insights Adoption Rate

Analyze metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS to identify optimization opportunities.

Deliver regular performance reports to stakeholders, presenting actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Industry Trend Monitoring:

Collaborate with marketing, design, and analytics teams to ensure seamless integration of paid media efforts.

Provide insights and recommendations to guide the development of creative assets and landing pages
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or at least 3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.

Strong understanding of PPC advertising, keyword research, and bid management.

Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
