Mon – Fri 9 AM- 6 PM (EST)(9 PM to 6 AM PHT) includes 1h unpaid break, 8 hours paid (40 hours a week)
Job Description for Outreach Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold and warm outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and SMS
- Set qualified appointments for sales team members
- Manage and update multiple CRM systems to ensure accurate lead tracking
- Nurture leads through the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing
- Adapt communication strategies for different target markets (pharmaceutical companies, physicians)
- Filter and qualify leads to optimize the sales process
- Overcome objections and address client hesitations effectively
Requirements:
- Strong sales and customer service background
- Cold calling in Sales or Appointment setting experience required
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience with multiple CRM systems
- Ability to work in a remote environment
- Adaptability to pivot between different target markets
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Cold calling in Sales or Appointment setting experience required
- Experience in health care a plus
