Outbound Sales Representative – SaaS industry

Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm Georgina, ON Time (9pm to 6am Manila time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound B2B sales calls targeting potential clients in the SaaS software industry.
- Provide product demos that clearly explain the value and functionality of the software.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Close sales by addressing client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS software sales, including outbound calling and closing deals.
- Ability to deliver clear, engaging product demos and answer client questions.
- Excellent communication skills with a neutral or minimal accent, enabling effective communication with Canadian and American clients.
- Strong memory and ability to quickly learn and recall product details and sales scripts.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the SaaS industry or selling software solutions.
- Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. markets.
