Outbound Sales Representative

Scope:

8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

Operate during TorontoTime business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

Handle a high volume of calls daily

Collaborate with the inbound sales team to ensure smooth lead handover

Contribute to the company’s goal of increasing B2B market share

Incentives/commissions in place when targets are met
Responsibilities:
-
Conduct cold calls to businesses in the greater Toronto area
-
Build and maintain a network of B2B connections
-
Establish relationships with potential clients such as realtors, property managers, and storage facilities
-
Qualify leads by asking specific questions about client needs
-
Forward qualified leads to the inbound sales team

Meet daily targets for calls made and leads generated
-
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company CRM
Requirements:
-
Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent
-
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in a cold calling role

Proficiency in using CRM systems and VoIP software like Dialpad
-
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
-
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly

Resilience and positive attitude when facing rejection

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
