Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:00PM-12:00AM Israel time (8:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT) with 1 hour unpaid break
Job Description:
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries and issues through non-voice channels such as email and chat.
- Utilize effective communication skills to address customer needs and provide assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to share feature requests, and effective workarounds, and gather customer feedback.
- Stay updated with market trends, trading strategies, and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Native speakers or candidates who have achieved JLPT N1 certification
- Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar role, preferably with a focus on non-voice channels like email and chat support.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and chat support tools.
- Experience using ticketing systems, chat support tools, and CRM systems.
- Understanding of CRM systems and their functionality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle tough cases with patience and empathy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
