Job Description

As a NetSuite Specialist, you’ll dive deep into the intricacies of NetSuite, applying your expertise to manage complex financial operations for a large, demanding client. Working closely with a fractional CFO, you’ll play a pivotal role in financial management, reporting, and compliance efforts. This position offers a unique opportunity to specialize and grow your NetSuite skills in a challenging, rewarding environment while contributing significantly to the success of both the client and the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all NetSuite-related tasks for a major client, ensuring smooth financial operations
  • Maintain accurate financial data within NetSuite, implementing best practices for data integrity
  • Perform complex reconciliations and generate comprehensive financial reports using NetSuite
  • Manage compliance-related tasks within the NetSuite environment, adhering to relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with the CFO to leverage NetSuite for strategic financial management and decision-making
  • Optimize NetSuite processes to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations
  • Provide expert guidance on NetSuite capabilities and potential improvements


Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in NetSuite, with a focus on financial management modules
  • Proven experience managing large-scale financial operations within NetSuite
  • In-depth understanding of compliance requirements in financial reporting
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex NetSuite concepts to non-technical stakeholders
