Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to lead and manage our social media marketing efforts across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for driving engagement and visibility for three stores, ensuring that each one has consistent, high-quality content and strategic advertising campaigns. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing our online presence, increasing customer engagement, and executing well-planned marketing initiatives.
Job Highlights:
• 40 hours per week
• Permanent work from home
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm (Melbourne Time) (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Manila Time) with a 1-hour unpaid break
• Client Timezone: MEL
Responsibilities:
• Create and post 2x Instagram and Facebook ads daily for each store.
• Develop and post 3x Pinterest ads daily for each store.
• Design and upload 4x Instagram Stories daily for each store.
• Produce and upload 1x TikTok video daily for each store.
• Plan and execute 1x email marketing campaign per week for each store using Klaviyo.
• Potentially assist with uploading products to the stores, ensuring all product information is accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with the product management team to align marketing efforts with product launches and promotions.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for the best results.
Requirements
• Proven experience in social media marketing across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok, with knowledge of Shopify.
• Proficiency in Klaviyo, Canva, and PhotoRoom for creating engaging email marketing campaigns.
• Ability to design visually appealing and engaging ads and social media content.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns for different stores simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
• A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
• Shopify experience is a bonus, particularly in uploading and managing products.
• Ability to manage and oversee multiple social media accounts for different stores, ensuring a consistent posting schedule and high-quality content.
• Strong understanding of ad performance metrics with the ability to adjust campaigns to improve results.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in social media marketing to keep our content fresh, engaging, and competitive.
