Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:
multiple platforms (print, digital, outdoor etc…) to support marketing
campaigns and product launches
Liaise with Development team and
Sales Team as required
Assist in implementing marketing,
sponsorship and public relations programs
Assist with all events as required
(including weekends)
Event and activation planning and
management
Promotional materials/merchandise
Develop and execute corporate
presentation documents and materials
Advertising:
Coordinate media planning and
booking in conjunction with Marketing Executive and media agency
Working closely with creative
agency develop creative executions in various formats (jpg, gif etc.) for
digital advertising based on predesigned templates
Assist in the production of
promotional and advertising materials
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead
generation:
Utilize internal CRM system to set
up campaigns and coordinate lead database email communication in conjunction
with team
Report on and analyze email
campaigns
Analyze and report on database
profiles and trends
CRM and database cleansing
Manage and maintain leads and
purchaser databases
Websites and Social Media:
Maintain and update website
content and social media in conjunction with team as part of content management
strategy
Create and deliver content across
digital platforms: website, social media, eDMs
Coordinate social media direction
and strategy in conjunction with media agency
App development and content
management – train staff and external stakeholders
Marketing Support:
Work with internal teams to develop necessary collateral to
support their function
Administration:
Analyze website and marketing traffic
Manage and update development marketing budget with invoices
and estimates quotes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or a similar role.
- Portfolio showcasing strong design skills, especially in digital marketing, branding, and multimedia projects.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Strong understanding of branding principles and ability to create cohesive visual content.
- Experience designing for multiple formats, including digital ads, email marketing, social media, and print.
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals, including audience targeting, social media strategy, and campaign management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear collaboration with marketing, sales, and content teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to deadlines and details.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt designs based on feedback from various stakeholders.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details, with a passion for keeping up-to-date with design and marketing trends.
- A strong creative mindset, paired with the ability to implement feedback constructively and align work with business goals.
