Position Overview:
This is a full-time, remote position requiring adherence to US Eastern Time business hours. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will oversee marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment among stakeholders, team members, clients, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analytics Management: Use GA4 Analytics to track and analyze marketing performance, implement tracking codes, and derive actionable insights from data.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, including developing project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, track expenses, and make strategic decisions to align with business goals.
- Market Research: Conduct research to analyze consumer behavior and identify data-driven marketing opportunities.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Leverage channels like social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and PPC to achieve objectives.
- Content Management: Create and manage diverse content types (written, visual, audio) to ensure alignment with brand identity.
- Team Collaboration: Actively engage in team meetings, provide updates, and foster collaboration with stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
- Leadership: Motivate and guide project teams to achieve productivity and collaboration.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant strategies into marketing projects.
- Facebook Ads Management: Create and manage Facebook ad campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Project Management Tools: Use project management tools effectively to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably remote.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify.
- Strong communication skills for updates and collaboration with team members, clients, and senior management.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies to achieve marketing objectives.
- Competence in cloud-based apps, G Suite, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach with responsiveness to emails and messages.
- Interest in startups, eCommerce, and marketing.
- Demonstrable project management and decision-making skills.
- Experience in social media management and customer service.
- Strong understanding of Excel and Google Analytics.
